Boni Romero, licensed in both Oregon and Washington, was born + raised in Hood River. By growing up in the Gorge, Boni has strong ties to his community. After graduating from Hood River Valley High + college coursework he went into sales. In both the telecommunications + automotive sales industries he refined his negotiation skills. With his extensive background in sales he is a strong negotiator in both English + Spanish. Now married + raising a child of his own in the community, he enjoys providing excellent service in helping his neighbors into the homes of their dreams.
Summer Bodolay was born + raised in the Columbia Gorge. She has always had a passion for architecture + industrial design since she was a young girl. Through her own family’s real estate buying experience + new home construction, she experienced firsthand the excitement + research involved in buying, developing, + scouting out properties.
Summer soon after accepted a job offer from their real estate agent as an office assistant. It was a wonderful way to become familiar with the administrative duties of an agent + ensure she would enjoy the career field. During that time her interest in real estate only blossomed, + she moved on to completing all the required courses to become an agent herself. She loves having the opportunity to meet so many great people + help them accomplish their real estate goals.

Stephanie Sohler is a residential broker for Hasson company. Born and raised in Portland, Stephanie has always had an affinity for all things real estate, including interior design and home renovation. Growing up she watched her father repair, + remodel her childhood home in Montavilla. She then helped him as an adult remodel + sell homes in the Portland market. Working with her dad sparked her passion for design + aided her in developing a keen eye for spotting the possible value in any property.
Prior to her career in real estate, Stephanie spent 17 years working in healthcare, 8 of which she was a Respiratory Therapist. Her experience in healthcare has shown her the importance of empathy, compassion, + active listening, as well as the ability to advocate for others.
In her free time Stephanie enjoys DIY projects around her house, + spending time with her husband + two young kids. As a family they love to go camping, visit dog parks with their chocolate lab, + explore all Oregon has to offer.
Colleen Carroll licensed in Oregon, originally hails from the outskirts of Seattle, Washington. Colleen grew up exploring all of the recreational opportunities that the Columbia River Gorge has to offer and shortly after graduating with a B.A. in Economics, she moved to Hood River, Oregon making it her home base while she traveled the globe as a professional Kiteboarder. After almost a decade of traveling and competing alongside the world’s best kiteboarders, all the while coming home to Hood River in between events and photoshoots, Colleen learned that there was nowhere else in the world quite like the Columbia River Gorge. Now a permanent resident, she directs her tenacity and competitive drive towards helping her clients achieve their Real Estate goals.
In addition to her successful career as a professional athlete, Colleen has experience in Sales, Marketing, has a keen eye for photography and has an extensive portfolio of published articles. This experience lends her well to the many hats that an agent wear. In her free time, you can find her on the water, in the mountains, or working on her own home and garden projects with her boyfriend and rescue pup, Joey.
